SHIPPING

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our hardworking team will process and fulfill your order within 1-2 business days; 2-3 day shipping begins after USPS receives the package from us. Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing extended shipping times. You will be emailed a confirmation when your order is being processed which will include your order. You will receive a separate email with your tracking number after your order has a shipping label created.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice will be included in the confirmation email that is sent to you after your purchase has been confirmed. You will also receive one in your package.

What are the shipping fees at Taction Armament?

All shipping at Tacticon Armament is FAST and FREE for purchases over $50 (Excluding body armor and rifle bags) A $5 flat fee will be applied to all orders under $50. All body armor and rifle bag orders are exempt from free shipping and have a $20 shipping fee due to size and weight.

How long will delivery take?

All our orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding body armor). Due to world events those times may be extended. We typically ship USPS First Class since it will get anywhere in the country within 3 days but if the estimated shipping is longer than 3 days then we’ll upgrade the shipping to USPS Priority at no additional charge to you.

What does shipping insurance cover?
Here is a few examples of when Tacticon Armament will allow the insurance claim on a product shipment:
 
  1. Package never arrives to the customer. Tracking confirms it has not been delivered (either lost or in limbo from carrier). Attempts must have been made to the carrier to run a trace on the product to determine it’s location prior to the insurance claim.
  2. Package arrives severely damaged, thus damaging the contents inside of the packaging. Damaged contents must be returned. 
  3. Package shows delivered, but after running a trace it was delivered to an address OTHER than the one requested during the purchase a.k.a delivered to an incorrect address.
 
Here is an example of when Tacticon Armament will NOT authorize an insurance claim.
 
  1. Tracking shows delivered to the correct address, but the recipient claims they never actually received it (i.e. theft after delivery).

    Anything that happens to this package after delivery is NOT the responsibility of Tacticon Armament. Customer should ALWAYS take appropriate precautions to have packages delivered to a safe location that will ensure they can take custody of their shipment promptly and safely. 

RETURNS, WARRANTY & EXCHANGES

What is the return policy?

All products** can be returned on or before 60 days from purchase date for a refund as part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee. No restocking fees*** (excluding body armor), and no questions asked; if you don’t like the product then you can simply return it for a refund within 60 days. To process a return, please CLICK HERE.

We do not cover shipping costs on returns or exchanges for products that did not fit need.

**The exception to this is body armor. Armor (i.e. plates) must be returned within a week of receiving it. Once body armor is purchased it may not be returned after 7 calendar days from receiving the product. This is to ensure the integrity of our armor was not compromised as it is meant to save lives.

***The return of body armor is subject to a 15% restocking fee due to inspections and QC testing upon our receipt of the return.

What is the exchange policy?

Any product exchanges (i.e size and color) will be processed with a charge covering the total cost difference and shipping charges.

When shipping your item/items back to us, please include a note with your order number and intent for exchange. Once we receive the item back here we will send over an invoice to cover shipping costs. **The exchange of body armor must be within the 7 day time frame of receiving product.

 

Is there a warranty on body armor products?

Body Armor warrantied for life. If you’re shot while wearing the plate carrier and trauma pad, we will replace the plate carrier, plates, and trauma pad free of charge. (POLICE REPORT REQUIRED)

Is there a warranty on Tacticon Armament And Concealed Carrier products?

All of our products** at Tacticon Armament have a LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturing defects. This includes everything** we sell on our website. If anything happens to your Tacticon or Concealed Carrier products then we can replace them at no cost to you. Does not include lost/stolen items, or normal wear and tear of your purchase. **Does NOT include the 24BattlePack or Rifle Bags due to prior customers abusing the warranty policy and submitting warranty claims for normal wear and tear. Warranty on our 24BattlePack and Rifle Bag is 1-year.

Which payment methods are accepted at Tacticon Armament?

We currently accept any major credit cards:  Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover.  

How secure is shopping in the Tacticon Armament shop? Is my data protected?

Tacticon.com uses the highest level of security to protect your payment information and personal information.  We have a 256-bit encrypted SSL certificate that sends all of your payment data uses secured socket layers meaning that when your information leaves our website for payment processing it is encrypted at the highest level.  In the unlikely event our website is ever hacked or your info is ever intercepted, your information is encrypted and will not be visible to the person trying access it.  If you look up to the web address bar you will see the green “https” that means you are secure!

Furthermore, your data actually resides with PayPal, not us, even when you make a payment via credit card. PayPal is also our credit card payment processor. If you trust PayPal and their security then you can trust making a payment on Tacticon.com!
